The Contents section is automatically generated (updated) from headings.
typos and clarification that students can NOT change the % complete, they can/should change the Status, so that the %complete gets updated.
A Risk Analyses Memo template file was added.
avoid use of dates in file names!!! and the word "Template" in the file name... because the students probably won't think to rename them to remove that... and SVN already tracks versions... thank you...
