Project Management using EDN Issues Rubric (Ver. 2021-08-17)¶

You and your team use EDN Issues to manage your project. Your ability to manage assigned tasks is evaluated once a week from the fourth week through the fifteenth week. The points earned for all 12 weeks are totaled into your semester Project Management grade. Score each week:

• 0.0 points - The student neither had any task for the week nor updated any task's status.
• 0.5 points - The student had at least one task (issue) for the week and updated its status promptly.
• 1.0 points - The student had at least one S.M.A.R.T. task for the week and updated its status promptly.

The history of a completed task includes a link to the corresponding output(s). The following table shows the conversion from a total numeric score to a letter grade.

Hint: Make the duration of a task at most a week. Create subtasks as needed.
