The Statement of Work video was created in Webex and dead air up front trimmed off using the OpenShot Video Editor. No other edits were done.
It was saved as 1920x1080 with a frame rate of 30fps at "low" quality. A "high" quality setting yielded an enourmous file!

Other tools could have been used to trim the video, e.g. Microsoft's Video Editor.
