Capstone Design Showcase¶

An Engineering Project Showcase to exhibit the design work by the student teams and the wide range of projects student teams tackle in the multidisciplinary capstone design course.

Date:¶

April 22, 2026, Wednesday, 1 pm - 4 pm.

Venue:¶

• DCC Great Hall - for Poster Presentations (1:00 - 3:00 p.m.)
• Room DCC 324 - Speaker Presentation (3:00 PM - 4:00 PM)

Posters¶

• Each team will highlight their project accomplishments with a poster
• Size: 48 inches wide x 36 inches high
• Print at VCC by Tuesday.
• See Poster for detailed instructions on creating and printing a poster.
• Easels and poster boards will be provided for poster display

Schedule (DCC 318):¶

• 12:45 PM - 1:00 PM - Hang poster on provided easels
• 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Poster Session
• 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Guest Speaker - Brent Brunell, Technology Director at GE Vernova Advanced Research
