On-Site Meeting TimeOn-Site Meeting Time
Productive use of on-site meeting time is critical to the team's success! The following is a prioritized list of typical on-site activities:
- Feedback & guidance from Chief Engineer / Project Engineer / Client
- Team review of progress completed off-site (since last on-site meeting)
- Team review of overall project status
- Discussions between two or more team members
- Access to the shop
Individual computer based project work such as CAD, programming, Word/PowerPoint/Excel, etc. is not typically an on-site meeting time priority because it does not make effective use of the team member's mutual availability.
