Process Instructions

  • The instructions for filling the template are here: Client Meeting Presentation
  • Review the instructions for Creating Strong PowerPoint Presentations to improve your slides. This is a compilation of the most common feedback we have provided to our teams
  • Add team's content to the template file
  • Review and Edit your content! Commit to the repository as everyone edits.
  • Share your slides with your Project Engineer for review, at least 1-2 on-site meetings prior to your scheduled conference call / meeting. This will help you develop the best possible slides for your team.
  • Modify your content based on that feedback
  • Email to Client at least 1 business day before call / meeting so that they can prepare for your meeting

Client Meetings after Meeting 1

Ask your Project Engineer for guidance on whether you should start a new slide deck for Client Meeting 2 and 3 or whether you should instead keep updating and enhancing your original Client Meeting 1 slides.
