Meeting Goals¶
To effectively and rapidly communicate with your Client, Chief Engineer and Project Engineer.Topics include:
- Project progress since last meeting
- Accomplishments of team
- Challenges encountered and plan to move past them
Tips and Tricks¶
- TAKE NOTES
- Use numbered list for easier reference during discussion - objectives, questions, etc...
- Label figures, use annotations to highlight what's important in images and graphs.
- Build on prior work team has done.
- Copy (and update) Project Overview slide from Client Meeting #2 or #3.
- Pull Project Status information from EDN Gantt chart.
- Pull slide content on System Architecture, Technical Progress, Test Plan, Accomplishments, etc. from forum posts and design artifacts in Repository.
- Be sure to include supporting evidence for all your engineering decisions! Otherwise they are only opinions.
- Proofread and spell check slides.
- Take notes (We know we repeated this. It's important).
- The team member who did the work should create and narrate the slide(s) showing their results.

- Be mindful of Design Lab's Generative AI policy.

Submission¶
